Overall educational management:

• From the work plan and agreements of the Scientific and Teaching Committee, Agrocampus Ouest and Moldovan Coordinator University (Technical University of Moldova) will jointly prepare, biannually, the program of educational activities in accordance with EU and MD partners (meetings, phone calls, email, video conferencing).
• Consistent with Agrocampus Ouest, the EU contact persons will undertake with their colleagues planned activities for each university, in their establishment or with a consultation in Moldova.

Educational management in Moldova:

• The MD responsible from the Technical University of Moldova will coordinate activities in Moldova, in collaboration with MD representatives of functional structures (vice-rectors, university contact persons) and disciplinary working groups (DWG). The biannual programmed activities will be conducted independently or jointly with EU universities according to the themes.

Financial administrative management:
Financial management will be done by Agrocampus Ouest that will conduct financial transfers through biannual conventions (biannual forecast of activities and funding with financial report) with partner universities, or in their absence, direct payment to the personal bank account for expenses incurred by teachers on presentation of receipts.
More specifically in Moldova the management will be decentralized and delivered by the Technical University of Moldova with Agrocampus Ouest, for Moldovan Universities, with opening a special Tempus account.

Interim and final reports
They will be submitted by Agrocampus in deadlines in accordance with the partners.
