The dissemination strategy within Moldova consists of: Implementation of the project: 4 disseminations (objectives, issues, planned activities, organization, participants, outcomes), by means of:
- Councils of Rectors.
- Senates of Universities.
- Students: student government offices and universities. Additional: magazines, university websites, writing a widely circulated leaflet.
- The wide public: there will be organized a meeting with the MD partner Universities, except consortium, with the ministries involved, teachers, students and researchers in Educational Sciences.
Dissemination during the project: Dissemination during the project:
- 5-6 information reports presented at the University Senates by vice-rectors on the performed activities, results and new expected activities.
- A public meeting at half of project completion (week 20), after the first period of trial and the interim synthesis. Achievements will be presented with testimony from students, trainers and teachers.
Dissemination at project completion: The final results, the conclusions and proposals for further project will be disseminated:
- At the University Senates by vice-rectors,
- At the Plenary session of wide public (week 32): with the teaching staff of the universities in project consortium and those which are out of consortium, students, the National Tempus Office, ministries and politicians.
The results and conclusions and the final report will be presented. The work of the Consultative Commission, regarding the proposal to introduction e-learning for each discipline, cycle and level of education, (pictured with some examples), will also be explained. A final conference is also planned. Constant diffusion: It will take place via:
- The virtual Web site with free access
- Periodic newspapers (quarterly) within universities (articles)
- External press articles (Faculty of Journalism of the State University of Moldova, the External Relations Office of Moldovan universities)
- The televised final session.
The international dissemination strategy will be via the website, the final conference, as in the EU partner universities.
