The internal quality control will be provided by the EU-MD consortium and the external quality control - by experts.

Internal peer decision:
  • A biannual meeting of university senates will be organized with presentation of results and prosecution of actions by the pro-rectors responsible for academic affairs.
  • During their meetings, the Project Steering Committee and Scientific and Teaching Committee will study the progress of activities and ensure continuous improvement of quality assurance.

Interim synthesis follows after the trial period:
* Carried out by the Scientific and Teaching Committee, this summary will address:
  • The functionality of the learning platform and UNT network; the quality of the relationship of the disciplinary working group / Technology Group; ease of user guide and navigation manual,
  • The quality and defects of online teaching: content, pedagogy and Screenwriting (inter active activities), support for distance education (tutoring).
The document is intended for University Senates, the Steering Committee and external experts.

External controls by subject specialists and experts in Educational Science:
These external controls consist of the evaluation of UNT network operation and experienced online lessons (diversity, educational and cognitive modeling), if the quality of training meets the objectives (training requirements, working students). The educational quality of the experienced online teaching will be audited and will result in a written report.

Final report writing:
The conclusions of the interim syntheses and the audit conducted by external specialists will be taken: results on project objectives and the identified methodology.
In addition, the following will be addressed in the final report:
  • Adequacy of network operation for the production, dissemination of online lessons and consultation of students.
  • Degree of adaptation of teachers to create diversified online lessons.
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of this form of teaching-learning and constraints (time, personnel, cost).

The final report will be submitted to the University Senates for review and corrections. It will be repeated for dissemination in particular with the Prospective Commission.
