Creation and implementation of functional structures responsible for project management

Functional structures are the following:
  • A Project Steering Committee (PSC): responsible for overall, policy and financial management
  • A Scientific and Pedagogical Committee (SPC): in charge of scientific and educational guidance
  • A Disciplinary Working Group (DWG): this is the group responsible for disciplinary development of online lessons
  • A Technology Group (TehG): responsible for establishing and operating the technological platform and UNT network (digital learning platform)

The Committee (PSC) and Committee (SPC) will meet face to face at key stages of the project / or by video conference.

Opening a project website

Training in EU (Rennes, France) a Technological Group: 15 teaching staff
Training objectives:
  • Implementation and operation of the learning platform and UNT network,
  • Online screenwriting teaching methodology.


Creation of the UNT network in Moldova: it is the installing of the hardware depending on the provided configuration and verification of UNT network functionality.

Exploratory mission of Moldovan representatives in charge of education regarding the online education sites, for a long time experienced  in the European Union, with examining the role of online education in training, facilities, and accomplishments of online teaching.
